Goh Liu Ying certainly made the Malaysian journalists at the All England Championships burst into laughter after saying " Saya mau jaga depan saja" ( looking after the front only) at the post match press conference.
Goh and her partner Chan Peng Soon created history as they defeated Japan's Shoji Sato/Shizuka Matsuo and will play in the last eight for the first time. In fact making it past the first round was history for the pair who have not gone beyond the opening round in previous participations.
Putting that aside, the 21-18,21-9 win puts Chan/Goh in a good position to move into the last four and going hy their performances thus far it is not something that is beyond them
